    There are four ways you can join our team in our mission to help people connect with God and each other, in order to be transformed into the image of Christ, through His Word, His Creation and His community.

    An Inside Look at Our Hiring Process

    Here is a glimpse of what you can expect when you apply to work at Sandy Cove.

    Step 1 Apply

    Once you review the open positions and submit an application for which you are qualified, a member of our HR team will review your application.

    Step 2 Interview

    Applicants that show potential will be contacted via text to schedule an initial Zoom interview with the Director of Human Resources.

    Step 3 2nd Interview

    From there, applicants may be scheduled for a second interview with the hiring manager either in person, over the phone or Zoom.

    Step 4 Offer

    Candidates that are the best fit will then be contacted by the HR Director with an official offer of employment.
