The accessible rooms meet ADA standards, which include a wider bathroom doorway to accommodate a wheelchair, a higher toilet, a large walk-in/roll-in shower with a chair, and support rails throughout the bathroom. No carpet on the floor allows for easier wheelchair mobility.

This room type has one queen bed, one extra-long twin bed, and a lounge chair recliner. This room can comfortably sleep 2 or 3 guests, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests per room.

Each room connects to an adjoining Standard Deluxe room to accommodate a caregiver or the need to have someone close.

There are a total of three accessible rooms (300 square feet) available in the Chesapeake Lodge, two of which overlook the bay.
