Charlotte's session | "What's for Supper?"
You heard that question from your children or spouse for many years as you diligently planned and prepared meals for your family. Now you may find yourself struggling with how to continue cooking for “just you." As a result, the employees working the drive-thru windows at your favorite local fast-food restaurants may know you by your first name.
Making that choice consistently, however, is probably not the best idea for keeping your body—God’s temple-- in good health. In this session, you will learn some basic good nutrition recommendations to help you live longer and stronger, including many practical tips for cooking healthy, simple meals for one person.
